Cleaning and Care

Ceramic glass cooking surface

It is important to clean the cooking surface after each use.

Important!

Never use aggressive cleaners such as, for example, coarse

scouring cleaners or pan cleaners that scratch.

Always clean the cooking surface after each use. Use a damp cloth and

a little washing up liquid.

Then rub the cooking surface dry with a clean cloth. No residues of

cleaner must be left on the surface.

Clean the entire cooking surface thoroughly once a week. For cleaning

use “Stahl-Fix“or “Vitroclen“.

Then rinse the entire cooking surface with plain water and rub it dry

with a clean cloth.

Ensure that no remnants of cleaner are left on the surface! Otherwise

the cooking surface will be damaged!

Only use the recommended cleaners.
