Oven function Application

Rotitherm Roasting

To roast larger joints of meat or poultry

on one shelf position. To brown.

Full Grill

To grill flat food in large quantities. To

toast bread.

Economy Grill

To grill flat food items in small quantities

in the middle of the grill. To make toast.

Keep Warm To keep food warm.

Fan Controlled De-

frosting

To defrost frozen food.

Base Heat Finish-

ing

To bake cakes with crispy or crusty bases

and to preserve food.

6.4 Selecting an oven

Switch on the appliance using the

On/Off

button.

Press the button repeatedly until

the desired oven appears (Top /

Main )

6.5 Setting the oven function

Use to set the oven function.

The display shows the recommended

temperature.

If you do not change this temperature in

less than approximately 5 seconds, the

appliance starts to heat.

When the appliance operates at

the set temperature, an acoustic

signal sounds.

You can change the oven func-

tion while the oven operates.

6.6 Changing the oven

temperature

Press the or button to set the tem-

perature.

Checking the oven

temperature

Press the Temperature check

button to display the current

temperature of the oven.

6.7 Switching off the oven

function

Use again and again, until the display

does not show an oven function.

6.8 Heat- up indicator

If you switch on an oven function, the

bars on the display come on one by one.

The bars show that the oven tempera-

ture increases.

6.9 Residual heat indicator

When you switch off the oven, the bars

on the display show the residual heat.
